Two ways in, both hourly. We come to you for hardware and the machine that died — $95.00/hour, 1 hour minimum, within 50 miles of the Pixcel shop. Or we meet you on TeamViewer in 30-minute blocks. Businesses that need a lot of hours keep us on a retainer.
On-site
Hardware, printers, Wi-Fi, the box under the desk. Enter your ZIP. If you’re in range, the booking form opens.
Check that we can reach you from the Pixcel shop.
Remote
Accounts, software, printers on the network. We use TeamViewer QuickSupport — you stay in control.
Have the machine online. You click Allow. You type any passwords.
How billing works
Pick a day, time, and length. We show the hourly estimate. Nothing is charged at this step.
A request is not a hold. If we cannot make the slot, we say so and you pick another.
On-site: whole hours, 1 hour minimum. Remote: 30-minute blocks. Extra time uses the same increments.
Remote sessions
Download TeamViewer QuickSupport on the computer we will work on. When the window starts we send a session link or ID. You click Allow, you can see everything, and you can disconnect any time. We do not install the full TeamViewer host unless we both agree in writing.
For businesses
A retainer is a monthly hour bank for remote IT — and on-site labor if we come out. Unused hours roll 30 days, then expire. You still book a window; you are not buying time from scratch every visit. Cancel at the end of a paid month. See the Terms.
